Three parts monkeybars (only arms).
Go over and under the beams (high version). After sandbag carry low version.
Go over the beam (low version). Touch the top beam (high version).
Go underneath the net. During sandbag run, underneath with sandbag.
Sandbag carry around the loop with obstacles.
Put the sandbag on a tire and pull it towards you.
Climb through the window.
Use the rope to go over the beam (low version).
Over the beam.
Climb into the rope, tyrolean travserse until you can touch the last rope by hand.
Touch the top beam.
Climb the double thick rope and touch the beam by hand.
High version: touch the beam by hand, low version: go over the beam.
Touch the top beam.
Climb and sit or stand on the disk.
High version: touch the beam by hand, low version: go over the beam.
Touch the beam by hand.
Climb underneath all nets. Then one part tyrolean traverse. At the end, touch the endrope with hands.
Go over and under the beams.
Go over the diagonal wall.
Go over the horizontal bar. (twice)
With a stick in your hands move yourself to the other side, choose between flying monkey (1 lane) or Lego bricks (3 lanes). Then traverse the poles sideways, last use only arms on the small sticks or wooden board to make it across.
With a tire, go over the obstacle. You may not drop the tire.
All on arms, you may use the resting point.
Move sidewards on the rope using only your arms, go under the fence, after which you use only your arms to move beyond the wooden board. Finish the obstacle by touching the endrope.
Go underneath the net.
Go over the high wall.
Step from one loop to the next while touching the top beams.
Saw off a piece of the log. I needs to fit in the box.
Go over the top beam.
Use the slant beam to get to the net. Go over the net, go down via the beams.
Shoot at least red, yellow or blue. If failed, hammer a nail.
Use your arms to make it across the monkey bars.
Hanging rope climb over water, go under the net, touch the top beam.
Tyrolian traverse, touch the beam, traverse again, last part only arms.
Go over the quarterpipe.
Use only arms to reach the other side.
Start at the lowest step. Use only arms to go up, traverse (with or without rope). Go down, again using only your arms. Touch last step with both hands. Be careful not to touch the mat or steps with your feet!
Go over the wall.
Go over the top beam.
Go over the big beam.
Touch the top line at both ropes.
Use only hands and reach the other side.
Throw the rope over the wall, use it to get over the wall, take the rope off and put it back.
Use the ropes to get across, go over the net and ring the bell!
