“Through the beautiful landscape of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug!”
The Hang-On Run has got 4 very challenging offroad courses with sand, forest, water, hills, fields and lots of obstacles! All this in the midst of the varied nature reserve of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. It will be a tough run again!
We have a challenge for every competitor. Just take a look at our courses and the obstacles you will find in this course and pick your challenge!
4 KM HANG-ON RUNThis 4 km competition is specially designed for our smallest fanatics: the JSR 8-9yo. This run is only for children with the required Dutch Survivalrun Foundation (SBN) competition license.
6 KM HANG-ON RUNIf you’re older than 8, you are allowed to participate in this 6 km race! You can run individual, as a couple (only adults with kid) or as a group. Couples and groups are allowed to help each other.
Our registration form is in Dutch so if you want to:
– Run 6km as an individual select: 6KM HANG-ON RUN Individueel (10+);
– Run 6km with a child select: 6KM HANG-ON RUN Ouder-Kind (Volwassene en 8+);
– Run 6km with a group select: 6KM HANG ON RUN Familie of groep (8+)
8 KM HANG-ON RUNIf you’re older than 15, you are allowed to participate in the 8 km course! You can run individually, as a couple or as a group. Couples and groups are allowed to help each other.

– Run 8km as a couple select: 8KM HANG-ON RUN Koppelrun (15+);

14 KM HANG-ON RUNIn the 13 km course you will face around 65 tough and technically challenging obstacles. If you’re older than 15, you are allowed to participate! You can run individually, as a couple or as a group. Couples and groups are allowed to help each other.
Our registration form is in Dutch so if you want to:
– Run 13 km as an individual select: 13 KM HANG-ON RUN Individueel (15+);
– Run 13 km as a couple select: 13 KM HANG-ON RUN Koppelrun (15+);
– Run 13 km with a group select: 13 KM HANG-ON RUN Groep (15+)
21 KM HANG-ON RUNThis is the longest and most intense course, only available for SBN licensees (LSR). The course follows the same route as the 13 km run, but a fair share of the course has to be completed twice.
7 KM HANG-ON RUNIf you’re older than 15, you are also allowed to participate in the 7 km course! You can run individually. This way you can also do a short run on Sunday!
