Sandbag (ladies: sandbag with ribbon, men: sandbag without ribbon) carry around the loop with obstacles 6, 7 and 8. Youth (yellow band) with a rope. Couples: 1 sandbag.
Pull the tire with sandbag towards you. Youth (yellow band) without sandbag. Couples: 1 time. Teams: 2 persons.
Walk across the beam. Touch begin and end with your feet and touch the middle beam with at least 1 hand. Cross the slackline, touch begin and end with your feet.
Traverse the fence.
Climb through the window (clogs may be used).
Use the rope to go over the beam (high version).

Climb into the rope, tyrolean traverse until you can touch the hanging rope by hand.
Over the high version.
Climb the double thick rope and touch the beam by hand (not using side beams).
Go over the beam (low version).
Use the pipe to go over the beam (low version).
Go over the beam using the fire hose (low version).
Use only hands to get across the three parts of the combination. 2nd part rings must be used. On or over the last beam to exit (you may use the resting beams).
Traverse the fence.
Run the loop with a tire. Youth (yellow band) without tire.
Traverse the fence.
Go over the top rope.
Go over the top beam.
Go over the wall (the clogs may be used).
Go over the wall (ropes and clogs may be used).
Use the beam and/or rope to go over the top beam.
Go over the beam.
Over all beams. Do not use the ropes or beams where the beams are fastened.
Go over the Destroyer. The board and step up may be used.
Go over the net, go underneath the lowest beam, then climb back underneath the net. Touch the hanging rope by hand.
Go over the big wall. Steps may be used.
Use the XXL sliding loops to go across, touch the endrope with your hands. Hands and feet may be used.
Climb over the beam rack.
Rope traverse. Climb underneath all nets. Then one part tyrolean traverse. Touch the rope by hand.
Use the rope to get in, tyrolean traverse, over beam, tyrolean traverse, with ropes go underneath the fence, tyrolean traverse, over beam, tyrolean traverse, touch the endrope to complete the obstacle.
Go over the horizontal bar.
Traverse the fence.

Go over the nets, low version.
Over the wall, jump to the rope and go over the top beam. Steps and rope pull may be used.
Do a lap with 2 car tires. Youth (yellow band) without tires.
Over the beam, tyrolean traverse the beam, underneath the net, through the cheese, touch the floor by hand, underneath the net, touch the end rope.
Go over the top beam.
Over the middle beam, slant beam to get onto the net. Go over the net, go over the beam, rope loops, over the last high beam.
1 try, shoot yellow or red. If failed, go underneath the net.
Underneath the net, rope traverse, underneath the net, monkey bars (only arms), touch end rope.
Over the high beams, underneath the low beams. Tiny budgy, over the last beam.
Go over the quarterpipe.
High version. Start at the lowest ring or grip with feet off the floor and go up using the rings and grips using only arms. Use the upper ring to cross. Go down on the other side using only arms. Ring the bell on the way down. Be careful not to use the mat or steps with your feet!
Go over the wall (clogs and step-up may be used).
Go over the net, high version. Get down through the beams.
Over the beam.
1 try. Hit the barrel. When not hit, run a penalty loop.
Go over the beam with the rope ladder. Go over the beam with the box pallet. Tyrolian traverse until endrope.
