Attention! This is a heavy version of the 8 km course which follows roughly the same obstacles as the 12 km! This is much more challenging than the 8 km on Saturday.
Go underneath the net.
Use the rope to go over the beam (low version). Touch the top beam (high version).
Go over the top beam.
Go over the high wall. Steps may be used.
Three parts monkeybars (only arms).
Go over the low wall with a sandbag. Youth (yellow band) with a rope.
Go over and under the beams.
Go underneath the net.
Sandbag (ladies: sandbag with ribbon, men: sandbag without ribbon) carry around the loop with obstacles 6, 7 and 8. Youth (yellow band) with a rope. Couples: 1 sandbag.
Pull the tire with sandbag towards you. Youth (yellow band) without sandbag. Couples: 1 time.
Walk across the beam. Touch begin and end with your feet.
Traverse the fence.
Climb through the window (clogs may be used).
Use the rope to go over the beam (high version).
Over the beam (step may be used).
Start with the bottom 2 holes with feet off the floor. Pegboard with sticks (use only with hands and pushing yourself up on the sticks is not allowed). Put the sticks in the top holes, take them out and drop them. Then tyrolean traverse, over last beam, exit using endrope.
Touch the top beam.
Climb the double thick rope and touch the beam by hand (not using side beams).
High version: touch the beam by hand, low version: go over the beam.
Use the barrel to go over the beam.
Touch the top beam.
Touch the beam by hand (high version). Go over the beam (low version).
Touch the beam by hand.
Traverse the fence.
Run the loop with a tire. Youth (yellow band) without tire.
Traverse the fence.
Use only hands to get across the three parts of the combination (you may use the resting beams).
Touch the top of the big beam.
Go over the top rope.
Go over the top beam.
Go over the wall (the clogs may be used).
Go over the wall (ropes and clogs may be used).
Step from one loop to the next in between.
Over all beams. Do not use the ropes or beams where the beams are fastened.
Go over the Destroyer. The board and step up may be used.
Go over the net, then climb back underneath the net. Touch the hanging rope by hand.
Go over the big wall. Steps may be used.
Gather the sliding loops, climb in and slide to the other side, touch the endrope with your hands.
Climb over the beam rack.
Go over the table. Steps may be used.
Go over the first beam, then under, over etc.
Go over the diagonal wall.
Go over the horizontal bar.
Traverse the fence.
Traverse the fence.
From struggle until wooden planks at the end without using the floor.
Go over the net, low version.
Over the wall, jump to the rope and go over the top beam. Steps and rope pull may be used.
Do a lap with 2 car tires. Youth (yellow band) without tires.
Go over the big beam using ropes and grips.
Free form the beams, over the net. On the floor, free form rings.
Use only hands and reach the other side.
Use only hands and reach the other side.
Jump from wall to wall. In case of wet/slippery board a rope may be used to climb up.
Arms and legs may be used from begin to end. Aluminium frame may no be used for climbing (touching will not be punished).
Go over the top beam.
Over the middle beam, slant beam to get onto the net. Go over the net, go over the beam, rope loops, over the last high beam.
1 try, shoot yellow or red. If failed, go underneath the net.
Use your arms to make it across the monkey bars.
Underneath the net, rope traverse, underneath the net, monkey bars (only arms), touch end rope.
Over the high beams, underneath the low beams.
Go over the quarterpipe.
Low version. Start at the lowest ring or grip with feet off the floor and go up using the rings and grips using only arms. Use the upper ring to cross. Go down on the other side using only arms. Ring the bell on the way down. Be careful not to use the mat or steps with your feet!
Go over the wall (clogs and step-up may be used).
Go over the net, high version. Get down through the beams.
Over the beam.
1 try. Hit the barrel. When not hit, run a penalty loop.
Grip planks, with ropes underneath the fence, grip planks again, tyrolean traverse underneath the beam, tyrolean traverse, over the beam and finish!
