To let everyone try out a part of the course we will organise a few clinics.

Clinic Costs are EUR 15,00 per person per day, if you book all 4 Saturdays discount is EUR 10,00, so EUR 50,00 for 4 days for practice.
Alone or with groups of friends, everybody is welcome to join.
Be sure to be on-time around 9:45 or 12:45 because we will start with the warmup at 10:00 or 13:00
spare set of clothing is highly advised and its not allowed to use the RCN Showers, changing room for Women & Men available.
